Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from China to the delivery address provided at checkout.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed and any necessary order review has been completed.

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 7 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery to the United States usually takes approximately:

4. Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent to the customer by email after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to display the first update.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please contact us immediately after placing an order if an address correction is needed. Address changes may not be possible after the order has been dispatched.

7. Shipping Delays

Delivery may be delayed because of customs clearance, weather, carrier operations, peak-season demand, or incorrect address information.

If we are unable to dispatch an order within the stated processing time, we will contact the customer with an updated estimate and available cancellation options.
